Come and perfect your technique to gain a few seconds on the timed courses! Our expert Competition instructors will guide you and share with you the secrets of this discipline.

Objectives:
- Apprenticeship and technical training with the ESF openers (timing and video possible)
- Passing the ESF tests
- Performance monitoring with the Skiopen national ranking

Open house on Saturday 14 December 2024 from 10am to 12.30pm to test the activities and meet the instructors.
Visit the ESF office before the second course to finalise registration. The ESF reserves the possibility of grouping certain levels according to enrolment.
End of season "Apéro" offered to families and presentation of medals to young people on Saturday 5 April 2025.
