Ski Frequency Competition course

From Gold Star or dart level or class 3.
For children from 7 years old, teenagers and adults

Our expert competition instructors will guide you through an intensive competition course! During this course, you will have the opportunity to surpass yourself on timed courses, you will burst through the stakes, measure yourself against the opener and the other participants... Adrenaline and strong sensations are the order of the day! 

Programme:
Sunday: ski and technique lessons
Monday to Friday:
  • 9h to 10h: warm-up and technical advice on the morning's theme.
  • 10h to 12h: timed training on the slalom stadium and video correction after each passage.
