Competition Course - Ski Frequence

Starting from 7 years old, for those who have achieved the Gold Star

Your child will learn to master the competition environment and improve his or her performance. This intensive course is supervised by our instructors who are experts in training and competition.
Learn how to go through the gates, master the slaloms, fight against the clock! 

Free skiing, moguls, powder, technique, timed training and competition will be on the agenda! And all this with friends and in a fun atmosphere of course! 

Programme:
Sunday: skiing and technique
Monday to Friday: 
  • from 9am to 10am: warm-up and technical advice on the morning's theme.
  • 10h to 12h: timed training on the slalom stadium and video correction after each passage.

Maximum 6 students per instructor

In groups of 6 people maximum, our instructors specialised in ski racing will be happy to accompany you for a morning, one or two days.
The programme is adapted to the level of the participants and the snow and weather conditions of the moment.
